• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account and use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with other individuals.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

cEDH Canada provides a digital platform for competitive Elder Dragon Highlander (Commander) tournament management, including:

• Event listings and tournament registration
• Digital ticket sales for sanctioned events
• Tournament management tools (Swiss pairings, standings)
• National ranking and leaderboard tracking
• Decklist submission and metagame analytics

All services are delivered digitally. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

• Orders for event tickets are not considered accepted until you receive a confirmation email and the order appears in your dashboard.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or capacity limitations.
• Cancellations after an order has been confirmed are generally not accommodated. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Applicable taxes (13% HST) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.
• By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase, including applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. cEDH Canada does not store your payment card details.

All trademarks, logos, content, and designs displayed on this platform are the property of cEDH Canada or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any materials on this platform without prior written consent.

When using cEDH Canada, you agree not to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from using the platform
• Manipulate tournament results, standings, or rankings through fraudulent means

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cEDH Canada shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform or attendance at events listed on the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or damages resulting from reliance on information provided through our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
