cEDH Canada is a digital platform — all event registrations and tickets are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved.

Digital Delivery

When you purchase an event ticket through cEDH Canada, your registration is confirmed and delivered digitally:

  • A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after successful payment.
  • Your event registration and ticket details are available instantly in your account dashboard.
  • No physical tickets are mailed. Your dashboard serves as your proof of registration.

Accessing Your Tickets

After purchase, you can view and manage your event registrations at any time by signing in to your cEDH Canada account and visiting your dashboard. From there you can:

  • View event details, venue, and schedule
  • Submit or update your decklist (if required by the event)
  • Check your registration and check-in status

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive a confirmation email after completing your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, verify that your order appears in your dashboard. If you continue to experience problems, contact us for assistance.

Physical Merchandise

cEDH Canada currently offers digital products only. If physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, etc.) is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated with applicable shipping terms, delivery timeframes, and carrier information.
