Refund Policy

This policy outlines how refunds are handled for event tickets and registrations purchased through cEDH Canada.
Event Ticket Refunds
All event tickets purchased through cEDH Canada are for digital registration to in-person competitive Commander tournaments. Since these are digital products with limited capacity, refund eligibility depends on timing and circumstances:
- Refund requests made well in advance of the event date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are generally not available for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Each event may have specific refund terms set by the organizer, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the organizer or by cEDH Canada, all registered participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method. No action is required on your part — refunds will be processed automatically.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Tickets for events that have already started or concluded
- No-shows without prior communication
- Purchases where the buyer has violated our Terms of Service
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
